The RRR team is in awe of its significant Golden Globes 2023 victory. According to Jr. NTR, viewers in Japan were able to express their affection for the film in a way that even Indian viewers could not. He also praised the movie’s director, SS Rajamouli, for uniting the diverse Indian cinema industries in a recent interview.

People were crying when I was in Japan. They may have better conveyed their affection for RRR than India could, in my opinion.
He also discussed how the Western audience responded. “After that, we assumed maybe the West was talking about it (RRR) on social media,” he said. We reasoned that since there are Indian crowds back there, perhaps a friend of someone would have attended the movie. It might have only been one or two people, but it wasn’t just one or two since it continued. When it began to grow, multiply, and multiply, we said, “You know what? I think it’s for real.”
SS Rajamouli, the director of another all-India smash franchise, Baahubali, is in charge of RRR. Jr. NTR praised the director and said that there are numerous cinema industries, including those in Bengali, Bhojpuri, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi. The actor also spoke on Rajamouli’s passion for his work as a director. He explained how Rajamouli wanted Ram Charan and him to physically approach one other during the RRR filming. I am aware of how Rajamouli’s characters are not like other people, Jr. NTR said. They have superhuman abilities. We beat each other up in some of the gory action scenes in RRR. We shot that night scene for 65 nights where Charan and I competed against one another. Charan and I have apologized to one another for striking each other on occasion. But after ten nights, we stopped apologizing and said, “Let’s just finish this.” I can no longer stand it.
Jr. NTR also talked about his Golden Globes 2023 experience throughout the chat. The actor was enthralled to see actors he had only ever seen on television, just like any other fan at the awards event. The Golden Globes were really amazing, he said. I recognized Salma Hayek and Quentin Tarantino, two of my favorite filmmakers. Simply said, it was great.
